In the Month of March 2018, we had a corporate event for a Gymnastic Company. This event in Birmingham was for their awards and raising money for a charity. The Event was held at a beautiful venue called Park Regis Hotel, 160 Board Street, Birmingham, B15 1DT. This hotel is a luxury 4-star hotel in the city centre and is ideal for any special occasions.

Alex contacted us via phone at short notice for this event and decided to book our services straight away. The event was being held on the 15^th floor with fantastic views of Birmingham. The customer wanted us set up for 7.30 and finish at 11.30 because being mainly students they were going to the clubs after the awards. The order of the evening was a 3-course meal would be served from 8 pm. Then at 9.30 would be the awards and raffle with the photo booth being open till 11.30, then dancing till 11.30.

All the planning went well, and everyone had a great time. Alex thanked us for our services, and the event manager from the hotel asked for a business card before we left. Overall it was a great night for us, Customer and the venue and looking forward to returning shortly.
